Part Time: Monday - Thursday, 1-8pm
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Provide professional clinical care for patients receiving treatment and examination under the direct supervisor of attending provider and practice manager in a clinical setting according to established procedures. Escorts and prepares patients for exams and procedures as directed. Skills include, but not limited to: phlebotomy, injections, EKG's, holter monitors etc. Vital signs, assisting with procedures, clerical duties necessary, contacting patients as needed, phone nursing as needed and appropriate to include referrals, triaging, calling in prescriptions, etc,; stocking and cleaning exam rooms/common area. Edu: high school diploma or equivalent with additional vocational or college credits preferred.
Exp: MINIMUM 1 year in medical office setting.
Licensure Requiremens: CPR required, Medical Assistant Certification

InterFaith is seeking volunteer cooking instructors to teach classes in our NEW Healthy Lifestyle Kitchen. Classes can be weekly, monthly, or whatever best suits your schedule; hands-on or demonstration based. Our efforts are to help our patients live more healthful lives by teaching them to prepare healthy, delicious and budget-friendly meals. If you are interested, please let us know! Congregational Relationship Manager
InterFaith is seeking a volunteer to maintain and strengthen InterFaith’s relationships with our church partners. Responsibilities would include phone calls and in-person visits to area churches that support InterFaith, sending written correspondence (thank you notes, etc.) as needed, occasional attendance at church ministry fairs, seeking out new church partners, and possibly brief, informal speaking engagements. The volunteer should be passionate about InterFaith’s health care ministry and comfortable sharing InterFaith’s mission with others. The volunteer would work closely with InterFaith’s Development Department in setting and achieving goals. The volunteer would be able to set his/her own hours and would not need to report to the clinic except for occasional visits.
